Does ExtenZe Increase Size?

February 5th, 2010

ExtenZe is one of the male enhancement pills that claims to actually temporarily increase the size of the penis. Now of course, there are theories as to how you could do this. There are some who would promote “penis exercises”, and there are others who talk about using natural ingredients. Actually, they have implants that you can get surgically placed in the penis to increase size. But in terms of natural methods, there are questionable things about it to say the least.

Now ideally speaking, you would be able to get natural results, and theoretically speaking, by increasing blood flow through the penis, you could increase blood retention for a temporary period of time as well. This would create a temporary swelling effect and natural increase in size. However, in theory, the worry with this would be if the swelling, if the blood retention did not go down. If it did not go down, it could as we have seen with Viagra, actually cause serious nerve damage and impotence. That is not actually the reason why Viagra can cause those problems. But this is all in theory of course.

In reality, ExtenZe cannot actually give you this effect. There is nothing natural that can increase penis size, temporarily or permanently. To create a swelling effect in any area of the body would be to create a certain amount of damage in that area of the body. This being said, obviously it would not actually be a good thing. As such, while they have some good ingredients, they don’t have the right amounts, and none of those ingredients could actually increase penis size either. But this being said, ExtenZe will not actually give you benefits of any kind.

However, while increasing penis size is not really the option we would all like, there is a product called Orexis. Orexis has all the right ingredients for sexual enhancement in general, and it has the right amounts of said ingredients. So all in all, it’s something that could actually work out.

DMOZ – how much longer can it last?

August 31st, 2009

I sit here wondering if google still hearts dmoz. Also what what the relationship that Google had with AOL to get that directory on the site? DMOZ did get quote unquote “demoted” by google. It used to be listed on the home page and was demoted to the “more” section. Now it shows up in the “even more” section.

One of Google’s core aspect of their company is to make sure that the user experience is unique. Some DMOZ submissions take 2 years to get approved. I don’t think that is the unique experience that Google is pushing for. The web is quick and fast. Most people peruse the web. Not many people stay on a single page without interruption for more than 10 minutes (unless they are playing a game or watching something online).

Anyway, to me DMOZ is getting further and further away from what Google seems to stand for and wants to accomplish. DMOZ has a very unique impact on page  rank that makes getting a listing in that directory so appealing. There are so many submissions and the all have to be manually reviewed and approved. People can sign up to become an editor of a specific category and then they are responsible to review the submitted sites and list them. When you have more submissions than editors can handle you start to run into a problem.

If there are any DMOZ editors out there that run across this post please let me know what is really going on in the inside. Or else I might just have to try and become and editor and see for myself…
